Returns & Exchanges

Before you return an Eha silks product, if it's not too much trouble, pause for a minute to see how our items are made. Every one of our items is carefully assembled by conventional art people in rustic India, bringing about every item being novel and somewhat not quite the same as one another.

We should not consider an unpredictable weave or print or a fasten as a deformity. Handloom by definition implies a great vulnerability with regards to consistency. Read the terms and conditions below Before applying for an exchange.

• All items to be traded should be returned in their unique bundling alongside the receipt of the first deal in 14 days from the date of purchase (The product should be in its unique condition)
• If you don't have your buy receipt, the return won't be acceptable.
• The items harmed because of wear and Tear will not be accepted for an exchange.
• Credit/Debit card Payment: Note that your bank or card issuer can take 2-15 extra workdays to deal with the exchange.
• Voucher Payment: Only item trade is conceivable - voucher is non-refundable and can't be traded for cash/Gift card/voucher partially or fully.
• Unwashed, unworn or flawed products might be returned in somewhere around 30 days of procurement date for a full discount. All returned things should have the labels appended, alongside the receipt of the first deal.
• Delivering charges won't be discounted and clients are expected to pay for the delivery expenses to return the merchandise to the relevant return address.
